Cleric Sues For Nigeria Unity Of Nigeria Amongst Citizens

A Reformation Covenant Gathering (RCG) has urged all Christian faithful and Nigerians to keep praying for the unity and Progress of Nigeria as the country clocks 57th anniversary celebration of oneness.

The Parish Priest of St Gabriel Catholic church, Rev. Father Francis Ofodum  made this call while speaking during a three day Inter -denominational unity prayer program to mark the tenth year anniversary of Reformation Covenant Gathering 2017 in Jos the Plateau state capital .

The cleric ,frowned at the agitation from some quarters about Nigeria splitting describing it as uncalled for ,but called on citizens irrespective of religious ,tribal ,ethnic or political difference to work hard to ensure that Nigeria remain one indivisible entity .

Speaking earlier, the ,General Coordinator Reformation Family of Jesus and Mary (R FJM) Worldwide ,Evangelist Bartholomew Onolameh appealed to Christian faithful in  Plateau to pray against enemies of the state and destroy every form of Plague.

He prophesied   that Nigeria would be so blessed but with many challenges,

He said “The economy would soon be boosted to the favour of the common Nigeria but only those who understand the time and seasons will flourish “.

“Agriculture sector will witness unprecedented increase in the demand of maize, yam, cassava, and palm oil and farmers would increase productivity “.

Many business opportunities will rise and business would boom in the agricultural and clothing business.

He also called on citizens to invest wisely also in fish farming in 2018.

On politics, he added that everything under President Muhammadu Buhari’s regime would be shaky and Nigeria news would be everywhere both for good and for evil as many hidden evil will be exposed and many disgraced.

He admonished the APC government to sit up or receive a shocking news that will bring disagreement in their midst and then the party will fade away like foam under the sun as they  must turn to God in prayers  in other for Nigeria to be favoured .

“The body of Christ will have a lot of evil plot and this plot will be both internal and external, there special prayers must be emphasized on church leaders “.
