An appeal Court on Friday night dismissed the People Democratic Party , PDP, application seeking to stop PLASIEC from conducting Local Government Elections on Saturday
The Court of Appeal sitting in Jos , PDP counsel Edward Pwajok ,SAN, approach the appellant court seeking an Order of injunction restraining Plateau State Independent Electoral Commission (PLASIEC) from conducting elections into the 17 local government councils of the state.
The court says its judgment of Justice Ishaku Kunda didn’t breached the constitution of federal republic of Nigeria , as PDP failed to conduct congress into wards,LGs and state .
The judge described the entire exercise lacking in merit and hereby dismissed for incompetency
