Amidst denial by President Muhammadu Buhari’s media aide that he is fit as fiddle, the Presidency today announced that the president will proceed for a 10 day vacation to London
In a statement signed by Femi Adesina Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, he stated thus; “President Muhammadu Buhari will take 10 days off and travel to London on Monday June 6th, to rest.
The Statement by Adesina further added that; “During the holiday, he will see an E.N.T. specialist for a persistent ear infection. The President was examined by his Personal Physician and an E.N.T Specialist in Abuja and was treated.
Both Nigerian doctors recommended further evaluation purely as a precaution.”
Also in the president’s verified Twitter handle, @NGRPresident, it tweeted on Sunday, “During the holiday, the President will see an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist for a persistent ear infection.”
