An Abuja High Court has sacked the Ali-Modu Sheriff led faction of the PDP.
The court presided over by Justice Valentine Ashi nullified the 2014 PDP Constitution Amendment on which Ali Modu Sherif was appointed as PDP Chairman.
According to the Judge he said the amendment upon which Sheriff was elected is a violation of the Electoral Act.
The court also stated that all actions carried out by Sheriff plus his officers are illegal.
