Breaking: Court Affirms Machina Yobe As North Apc Senatorial Candidate, Ahmad Lawan Loses Out
A Federal High Court sitting in Damaturu, Yobe State capital, has affirmed Bashir Sheriff Machina as the authentic candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Yobe North senatorial district in the 2023 elections.
Delivering judgment, the presiding judge, Justice Fadima Aminu, directed INEC to accept and publish his name.
The Judge affirmed Machina as the duly and validly elected Yobe North senatorial candidate for APC thereby upholding the May 28 primary election of the Party that produced him.
