Ari Donates Equipment  To Vigilante Group In Kurgwi For Crime Fighting

Following the influx of bandits ravaging some parts of Pandam forest, causing a pocket of attacks in Quaanpan Local Government Council of Plateau State disrupting farming activities in the areas.

The Director-General Industrial Training Fund, ITF, Sir Joseph Ari, ksm, has donated motorcycles and essential security gadgets to the Vigilante Group on crimes fight in  Kurgwi town.

According to him, this action would be his contribution in securing communities within Quaan Pan Local Government Area of recently the activities of men of the underworld had continued to cause sleepless nights.

The Director-General of the Industrial Training Fund, ITF,  appealed to security personnel to fish out the bad eggs and punish them to serve as a deterrent to all criminal elements tormenting trouble in the areas.

Spokesman of the ITF Director-General,Alhaji Isa Musa, former APC Chairman of Qua’an-Pan LGA disclosed that the donation was done on behalf of Sir Joseph Ari as a pragmatic leader that exhibited love and care to the plight of vulnerable people of his community.

He maintained that the gesture is timely, adding that it would go a long way in boosting the security well-being and their operations within the community.

The former APC chairman who was full of appreciation hoped that the donation would help in tracking down criminals and their activities,

He commended the DG for what he has been doing to help and support his people at the grassroots and urged other citizens of the area to emulate this worthy gesture of Sir Joseph Ari.

The Chairman Vigilante group of Kurgwi, Ibrahim Shata commended and appreciated the kind gestures of Sir Ari, and assured that the items would be deployed appropriately in fighting the menace of criminals in the area.

 

The occasions were witnessed by youth leaders of various groups, the Vigilante, Community Police, and many dignitaries of the area
