Archbishop Of Jos Cautions Christians To Embrace Natural Birth Control

rev-kaigmaThe catholic Archbishop of Jos and President of Catholic Bishops conference of Nigeria His Grace, Bishop Ignatius Ayau Kaigama has cautioned  Christians to shun technological advancement in  medicine and embrace natural method in reducing population control in child birth.

Kaigama stated this while addressing Association of catholic medical practitioners of Nigerian at international scientific conference and the 10th Annual general meeting in Jos.

He said that the teaching of catholic church doctrine condemn the principles of abortion among girls child world over, “so we must make use of natural way of controlling the population rather than employed foreign method .

Kaigama commended the association of catholic medical practitioners of Nigerian for organizing awareness campaign to enlighten people on the danger.

He lauded them in using their professional training   contributing in the lives of people in the society through selfless service.

According to him, the Boko Haram introduced suicide bombing, impunity and cannibalism to wreck havoc in the lives of innocent Christian in the name of religion is against the spirit togetherness.

He expressed regret over the kidnap of Chibok girls who are still under the control of Boko Haram as unacceptable so we should preach culture of promoting peace, love and cordial working relationship.

Bishops Kaigama encouraged catholic doctors to consider the plight of the less privilege by offering them one hour free medical treatment to assist through sacrifice.
