APC Jos Jarawa Fed Ward Says It Has Suspended Ishaya Itse From The Party

The All Progressives Congress APC Jos Jarawa Federal Ward in Jos North Local Government area has said it has suspended Ishaya Itse from the party.

 It said his suspension followed anti-party activities which contravenes Article 21A of the APC constitution.

Chairman of Jos Jarawa Ward, Ishaya Ashom announced this during a press conference held at the Jos Jarawa ward office, kyan Rikkos in Jos.

According to the ward chairman, the party has noticed with dismay the activities of Itse which are affecting the growth and development of the party at the ward, and indulging in anti-party activities which are negatively affecting the unity of the party.

He lamented that Ishaya Itse has never attended any meetings nor functions of the party and neither does he contribute towards the progress of APC.

The ward chairman maintained that they only saw Ishaya Itse on-screen parading himself as a factional chairman of the APC in Plateau State.

He enumerated Some of the offenses committed by the Ishaya Itse to include, Breach of the party constitution,  Disobedience in carrying out the lawful directives of the party, and Impersonation of party officials.

Others are Giving wrong information to the party, non-creating a  factionalization, or creating parallel party exco as well as Flouting the rules, regulations,s, and decisions of the party in addition to engaging in dishonest practices.

Ashom stated that due to the said offenses, Ishaya Itse is hereby suspended from the party henceforth and has ceased to be a member of the APC.

In another development, the Chairman of Jos Jarawa ward of the APC, Ishaya Ashok has commended Governor Simon Lalong for carrying everyone along in the party during the just concluded ward, Local Government as well as the state Congresses of the party

He called on the party faithful to continue to be law-abiding as leader of the party, the governor Lalong is working hard to ensure the party remains United.

Reacting to the Press conference, Executive chairman of Jos North local government council Shehu Usman described the action of Ishaya Itse as an avenue of creating a  breach of peace and security.

The chairman warned that his administration will not tolerate any act of lawlessness that will threaten the fragile peace in the locality as such any person who wants to gain so far achieved in the peace process will be dealt with decisively.

Present at the press conference is the leader of Jos North legislative Arms, Yakubu Atsen, and the councilor representing Jos Jarawa Ward, Jessica Izang.
