The Chairman All Progressive Congress, APC, Aspirants Forum Plateau State Chapter, Hon Jibrin Kamga Bancir has disclosed that the sold aim of the Association of members who contested for elective position in 2019 and lost was to come together and strengthen the party structure towards the 2023 general elections.
Briefing some selected media on Thursday at the APC secretariat Uwarewah Miango Junction, Bancir solicited the supporters of APC across the state to demonstrate faithfulness to the party.
He explained that for some of us who have contested election and lost we want to believe that power comes from God so we deem it necessary to come together and strengthen the party.
According to him, the bundles of broom tide with one rope is a strength, so I employ those of us who lost today ,we shouldn’t see ourselves as defeated ,we might win tomorrow.
He maintained that the national secretariat of APC had make show that those who contested for elective position should be brought on board towards strengthening the state chapter .
The following are the new exco,Chairman ,Comrade Jibrin Bancir, Deputy Chairman Prof Davies Pam Yakubu, secretary General Anas Usman Danmaliki, welfare secretary Hon Samuel Maren, Treasurer Hon Magdalene Dakogol, Women Leader Hon Theresa Azi Daniel, Political Advisers Sunday Kaswe,Organizing Secretary Kefas Bise ,Publicity secretary Hon Ado Katyen, Legal Adviser Gabriel T. Nkup, Youth leader Hon Ezekiel Dinfa respectively.
Joe Bukar explained that they believe power came from God we want to come together and strengthen the party, we have prepare to work for the party.
He said the interim leadership headed by Hon Dicket Plang was just last year but now we have a forum in almost all the 36 states were we deem it mandatory to organize ourselves to help complement the effort of national secretariat.
Ado Katyen said the extent of bringing all those who contest for the 2019 primaries was to unite the party structure in the state and rebuild it for better service delivery.
