Al-Iman College Of Education Matriculates 205 Students In 2022

At least no fewer than 205 students of Al-lman College of Education have been  matriculated to  enroll  as its pioneer students for 2022 session ,with a called on them to shun all social verses and focus more on developing their academic prowess .

The Provost of the college, Dr. Muhammad Munir Ilyas urged the newly admitted students to concentrate on discipline , commitment to the learning in their period of learning in the college .

He disclosed that the college came into existence with the view to ease, facilitate and enhance learning in a conducive environment, advising the students to contribute their quota to promote and protect the image of the institution.

He said the college will produce competent educators who will be committed and dedicated to help the upcoming generation to grow as God fearing, saying this would provide  development to the country.

While pledging to work hand in hand with other stakeholders to provide what is needed, the provost charged the students to use the available resources provided to them, warning them not to engage themselves into illegal activities.

He further seeks the support of both staff and students to help in making the college high centre of learning.

Meanwhile, a lecturer with the department of religious studies in the University of Jos, professor Ibrahim Hassan while explaining the significance of NCE program called on the matriculated students to pay adequate attention to whatever they are going to be taught, praying to Allah to assist and direct them to be successful in their academic endeavor.

While expressing their joy, some of the matriculated students, Usman Ibrahim and Hafsat Yahaya Sabi’u, thanked Allah for given them the opportunity to witness the occasion, urging the school to continue her job towards giving them qualitative knowledge.

The governing council, staff and students of Al-Iman college of education, Jos were in a euphoria of joy and happiness, as the school held its maiden matriculation ceremony.

The event, which had in attendance both the  internal and external publics of citadel was held Saturday, 19 February, 2022 at the school premises in Jos, the Plateau state capital.

In their separate goodwill messages, an elder statesman Sheikh Abdulaziz Yusuf and the Director of Albayan schools, Dr. Nazif Yunus applauded the college for her effort towards providing qualitative teachers and leaders.
