A think-tank of the opposition political party in Nasarawa State, Alhaji Liman Kwande dumped the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Kwande, In a telephone interview, said his decision to dump PDP was necessitated by the lack of direction by the state chairman of his former party, Hon. Francis Orogu.
“I decided to leave the party due to the inability of the headship to unite members for the common good of the party.
The Braden Lafia further added that he was convinced with the developmental stride of Engineer Abdullahi Sule’s leadership style centred on the economic transformation of the state.
He explained that he’s joining the APC was to align himself with other well-meaning people of the state to ensure continuity of Governor Abdullahi Sule beyond 2023 considering his selfless leadership style.
It could be recalled that Nasarawa PDP has lost over 15,000 card-carrying members across the thirteen Local Government in the last four months
