6 Persons Killed In Barkin Ladi LGA By Yakubu Busari, Jos

Six persons were reported to have been killed by suspected herdsmen in Takowok and Rahol Gasa villages of Barkin Ladi Local Government Area of Plateau State.
The crises which have been brewing between the Natives and the Fulani herdsmen erupted on Tuesday evening at about 7:50PM, also claimed a member of the Plateau State Security outfit, Operation Rainbow, who was attacked and killed in same village of Takowok village while five other persons were killed in Rahol Gasa.
Pastor Badung Davou whose daughter in-law and grandson were also killed in Rahol Gasa narrated that the attackers stormed the community at 9:04pm killing his daughter in-law, Felicia Badung and her eight year old son Amos Badung.
Boyi Deme who is a community leader in the area also narrated that a woman named Evelyn and her two years old son, Chuwang were further killed in the incident.
All efforts made to get the confirmation from the Plateau STF Media and Information Officer, Captain Ikedichi Iweha was not successful as his phone number was not reachable.
