Youths Leader Secures The Release Of 10 Inmates In Adamawa

The Adamawa State Chapter of Youth wing Christians Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN) Chairman, Amb. Ajine Delo has secured and facilitated the release of prisons inmates.

The prisoners who were sent to prison on minor offences and they were not able to pay the fined charged against them.

The Six and four inmates are from Jimeta and Yola prisons respectively who are all Youths within the age bracket of 20-27.

Mr Ajine told our reporter that the gesture is in the spirit of Christmas celebration and to symbolise the love of God to mankind were He enjoins us to show love eve our enemies.

“By securing the release of this young Nigerians whose great destinies the devil want to trample I’m fulfill and I did this to mark this year’s Christmas celebration by demonstrating the love of God to mankind and He enjoins us to do so.” He said

Ajine advice the released inmates to see this as a move to help them go back to the society and live a meaningful and purposeful life that God wants them to live.

“I want you to know that God loves you and this period we call on you to celebrate Christmas with you families with a promise never to come back to prison yard again.” He added

The  Chief warder of Jimeta Benjamin prison, ASP Reuben Dalti commended the Youth leader who help in decongesting the prison and call on Many well-meaning Nigerians to do so.
