Why Lalong Will Win 2019 Governorship Election-Comrade Gizo

The Former Editor of City Watch Magazine, Comrade  Mankwat  Gizo vying for election under Pankshin, Kana and Kanke Federal Constituency of North  Central  Plateau District has said the 2019 general polls will be a won by Governor Simon Lalong due to the overwhelming support he is getting from the civil servants.

 

Comrade Gizo stated this in an audience with our correspondence in Jos.

 

He said the Governor has charmed civil servants in the State with prompt payment of staff salary and initiation of ongoing projects that have a direct impact on the lives of people of the State.

 

Mankwat Gizo explained that it is true that in Kanam Local Government  Area all the delegates conducted themselves peacefully and in an orderly manner owing to the fact that the State Chairman of the All Progressive Congress gave them brief inside of what transpired at the party headquarters before the election proper.

 

According to him, as a political party, you most experienced little challenges which are part of politics but the situation was swiftly managed that it couldn’t cause tension and everything went on smoothly especially violent areas championed by the human element.

 

Gizo disclosed further that those that are thinking that Governor Lalong will not win are just dreamers because performance can speak for him,  he said the Congresses has been described as successful because the mandate was returned back to those who stood with the party.

 

He lauded all the candidates that were returned  Unopposed, adding that; “we all agree to endorse them all with this development, APC shall come out stronger and reliable opposition party with the promise to remain focus and committed to the people-oriented policy.

 

Gizo added that; “you cannot bring those who didn’t Labour for the party, it will amount to graveyard politics because then the Plateau mentality was APC was a Muslim people party so they were not ready to join them.

 

He stressed that those who are thinking negative or making up their mind of defecting to another party and the aggrieved members should know that  Lalong will still win without their support.

 

Mankwat Gizo lamented that the mistake of given Lalong protest vote for no zoning of PDP violated exercise but his performance will speak for him come 2019 because the election will be based on integrity and not money bags politics.
