Why Lalong Impeachment Plot Against Barr .Zulfa Rimven Failed To Progress-Ubandoma

The embattled Chairman of Langtang North Local Government Area of Plateau State, Hon. Joshua Ubandoma Laven has alleged that Governor Simon Lalong is planning to use him to impeach Barr.Zulfa Rimfa, but that he has refused him being used to him to play dirty games against the Tarok speaking natives of North Central Nigeria and the boy has understood and know a lot about his dirty game.
“We obtained six court judgments against Zulfa, but Governor Simon Lalong was not bold enough to say leave that office rather he was using him in executing shoddy deals and now Zulfa is posing a serious threat to him “, he said.
According to him, “The government used Barr. Zulfa Rimven for worst things which very soon I’m telling you the secret would be exposed to the public domain”.
We have a hint and clue about who is planning the impeachment and how are you plotting to impeach someone whose court judgment didn’t recognize him, are you not wasting your precious time, so that is an exercise in futility.
Ubandoma Laven gave his reason why he took the Nigeria Police to court for failure to enforce the court order, my judgment is a declaratory judgment but Governor Lalong and Zulfa are a disgrace to their noble law profession.
He appealed to NBA by calling on them to take disciplinary action against the Governor, imposter Attorney General, and commissioner for justice that they’re a disgrace to them.
Laven pointed out the Governor was a clueless person as he is endangering the welfare of Langtang North LGA as he couldn’t pay their salary but for my civil servants, I have instructed the council to go ahead and pay all salaries but his refusal to effect the payment, it is degenerating into something else.

He lambasted the APC for fabrication of fake results to declare Zulfa winner but I assure you that come 2023 there won’t be any vote for them, and with court warning that nobody should temper with the workers’ salary payment except me which Lalong won’t agree.
He accused Governor Simon Lalong of being responsible for the lack of payment of workers’ salaries in the council.
He also said he has six court judgments against the state government, challenging the “illegal and forceful” termination of his tenure, adding that the governor has deliberately refused to grant him access to the council secretariat to complete his one-year tenure.
According to him, he has written to the Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs to pay the local government workers, but the government has refused to honor the request.
“My victory in court is a victory for democracy in Nigeria, I can assure you that the precedent I have laid down in Plateau saved the present clueless APC administration in the state from imposing all local government chairmen without an election.
“Governor Simon Lalong is poise to destroy the Tarok nation, he is poise to destroy the hard earned democracy that he is enjoying because there was no vacancy on in Langtang North when the purported election was conducted.”
