The organized labour in Nasarawa state has asked it members to resist any attempt meant to cause fraction in the union, the organised labour in a press statement called on members to exhibit maturity in the quest to fight back percent payment.
The organized labour said no amount of intimidation will shake them instead they are ready to fight with their last blood, “the percent payment was a tactics deployed to frustrate and destroyed the future of workers in the state.
“We thank our members for their patience and resilience; we want to also inform you clearly that the organized labour has never in any way agreed on percentage payment”.
The organized labour also asked the state government the whereabouts of N700m Internally Generated Revenue monthly.
Other questions asked are that the allocation from the Federal Allocation Account Committee (FAAC) can pay the state workers adequately with excess for other projects.
The state workforce is reducing monthly but for the past six years the figure remained stagnant, why ?
