Vacate Office Immediately And Allow Caretaker Committee To Oversee Affairs Of Party Structure, PDP Youths Tell Damishi Sango

The Plateau State Chapter of People Democratic Party (PDP) under the aegis of  Concerned Youths of Plateau state have forwarded a  petition to National Headquarters of PDP Abuja demanding Hon Damishi Sango to immediately vacate office and allow  caretaker committee to oversee the affairs of party structure.

 

The youth group petition follows the crises that engulfed the Plateau state chapter of the PDP which took different dimension on Friday 3rd, April 2019.

 

They raised alarm that, “as  concern youths of the party ,we have forwarded a petition to the National working committee through the National chairman and the chairman Bot of trustees demanding for suspension of all executive committee members of the state on allegations of financial misappropriation, bridge of trust and abuse of official functions, labelled against most of the executive.

 

The youths armed with evidence of all allegations level against the executive committee forward same to the office of the national chairman.

 

The youths urge the National Headquarters to act fast in investigating the allegations because many youths are  of the allegations that have threatened to take over activities at the party secretariat and such action may lead to break down of law and order if not properly managed.

 

The petitioners call for the caretaker committee to resume as urgent as possible to save the party from disintegrating.

 

A copy of the letter obtained by this medium has twenty five persons signed as signatories.

 

The petition is copied to Members of National Assembly, Bot of trustees, members from Plateau, members of PLHA, North central exco of PDP, the Inspector General of Police and Commissioner of police plateau. The DG state security service and the state command, National intelligence Agency, Commandant NSCDC, STF Hqtrs Jos etc.
