United Nigeria Chaplaincy (UNC ) To Collaborate With Jama,Atu To Establish Peace In Nigeria By Umar Faruq Usman,Dutse

A non-governmental Organisation, United Nigeria Chaplaincy Based in Jigawa   has come out to condemns the activities of cultism in schools in the country, Chairman of the organisation said the NGO will make use of school prefects and class monitors as well as class teachers in the schools in fish out all the members at various schools in the country

According to UNC Chairman, cultism will no longer became a threat to student from various primary and secondary schools as well as other tertiary institutions of learning in the country adding that the chaplaincy will collaborate with other agencies and all security outfits to arrest the situation  and ensure peace among the schools in the country.

Adding further the NGO said that it was established in 2009 with a view to create peaceful atmosphere among the nation.

Explaining further the NGO said that they have start mobilising youths in the country as volunteers to join in the race in creating peace and stability in the country adding that they will use Islamic scholars and Christian leaders to enlighten the general public about the important of peaceful living among people without discrimination. The Group said that it doesn’t have   any link with Islam or Christianity as it is only operating to promote peace in the country for the progress of the entire nation.

According to the NGO, it said that the federal government is backing their initiative to support the families of the deceased soldiers and the families of retired army and police officers in the country and they were have partners in Monrovia , China, Ghana, morocco and  Canada respectively, all with a view to promote peace among communities of the world.

In his response the Secretary General of the Jama,atul Nasaril Islam Jigawa state branch Malam Babangida Muhammed said they are ready to support the newly established NGOs and assured for their support to promote peace in the country.

He therefore urged them Muslim in the country to collect the voters card because without voters card they will not be able to cast their vote to the people of their choice,  he therefore advice the electorates to try as much as to collect their voters card because voters card is their right without it they could not succeed in achieving their cardinal objectives.
