Ubandoma To Be Blamed For Nonpayment Of Salaries In Langtang North Local Government Council

…..Langtang North Council Chairman, Hon Zulfa Bitrus Rimven Admonishes workers

My attention has been drawn to yet another laughable publication by Mr. Joshua Ubandoma Laven, former Chairman of Langtang North LGC stating that Governor Lalong is responsible for the nonpayment of salaries in Langtang North Local Government Council.

You may recall that the Langtang North LGA account has been frozen for over two months now due to the court injunction In suit No PLD/J301/2022 between Ubandoma claimant and the commissioner plateau state ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs and six(6) others where Ubandoma Laven obtained a restraining order on the payment of salaries in Langtang North Local Government Council.

For Mr. Joshua Ubandoma Laven to drag the Executive Governor of plateau state,  a respected Knight and a lawyer of High repute into his unsubstantiated claims is the peak of irresponsibility.

The judgment Ubandoma claims he has against the PLASIEC has already been appealed and that shouldn’t pre-empt the court.

The Governor being a lawyer wouldn’t want to go against the rule of law and by so doing he choose to allow the law to take its full course, no wonder the matter has been appealed.

For Joshua Ubandoma Laven to accuse PLASIEC of excluding the people’s democratic party from the October 9 elections shows the level of his desperation and quest for power. If Ubandoma has respect and regard for the rule of law he shouldn’t have been talking about the exclusion of the people’s democratic party in the October 9 elections because their stroking out was by the same court of competent jurisdiction.

Ubandoma also lacks the moral grounds to speak on the issues of salaries in Langtang North because he is not the council boss. He should allow the leadership of the council to proffer solutions on the payment of salaries in Langtang North as he has chosen to trait politics with people entitlement by obtaining a restraining order depriving the poor masses of being paid their salaries even when the judgment has been appealed.

I  listened with total dismayed, to the emotional outburst of Ubandoma that Lalong is using me for dirty games. Lalong is a respected Knight, a lawyer of High repute, a two-time house of Assembly member, a one-time speaker, and presently the Executive Governor of the plateau State will not condescend so low to anything dirty, his track record speaks loud of his personality.

Again the tarok native law and customs enjoin the younger ones to respect their elderly once, Ubandoma emotional outburst and unguided utterance against the highly reverence of the peoples Governor and the Honourable Attorney General of Plateau State is a demonstration of an uncultured person and therefore I will not join him into the gutters of desperation, mannerless and uncultured behaviour .

Is also a laughable fact that Ubandoma will approbate and reprobate, stating that he has written to the ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs for the payment of salaries having obtained a restraining order against the same ministry.

Ubandoma has no locus standing to write to the parent ministry being the former chairman of Langtang North Local Government council therefore his purported statement is just an act of fallacy to impress the innocent Local Government staff.

For Mr. Laven to stress that he had a hint on my purported impeachment as the council chairman Langtang North LGC,  justify the fact that he is bent on luring the present legislators with the council resources he held sway which lead to the council indebtedness.

I expect  Ubandoma Laven to hide his face in shame as he has inflicted the poor masses with a high level of suffering.
