Supreme Court Upholds Election Of Gov Sule, Dismisses Ombugadu’s Appeal

The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal filed by the PDP and its candidate, David Ombugadu, challenging the election of Abdullahi Sule as the duly elected governor of Nasarawa State.

In a unanimous decision, a 5 member panel led by Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun held that the comprehensive and well-considered Judgment of the court of appeal can not be faulted.
