Shettima Ali Munguno Released.


Reports reaching universalreporters.info indicates that elder statesman and ex-Petroleum Minister, Shettima Ali Monguno who abducted last Friday has been released.
The Nonagenarian was released around midday on Monday.

However, while sympathizers who came to welcome him began to shed tears, the First Nigerian Petroleum Minister, asked them not to cry as he said; “They did not kill me, so don’t cry.”
Meanwhile Borno Governor, Kashim Shettima, asked the mammoth crowd who came to see him in his Maiduguri residence to let him have rest at least for a day.
The details of his release is still very sketchy, as there has not been any confirmation if any ransom was paid for his release or not.
