A Federal High court sitting in Uyo the Akwa Ibom State Capital has nullified the election Senator Bassey Albert who is representing Akwa Ibom North-East Uyo Senatorial district.
Aside nullifying the election, the court also told the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) to immediately issue certificate of return to Hon. Bassey Etim(Bafil) who was the authentic winner of the PDP primaries in Uyo.
The presiding Judge also directed the National Assembly to swear in Bassey Etim from Uruan as the Senator for Uyo Senatorial district.
