Samuel Go’ar Congratulates Gov.Mutfwang As He Spent 100 Days In Office, Urges Citizens To Support Him

The Caretaker Committee, CTC, Chairman of Pankshin Local Government Council of Plateau State, Hon. Samuel Shanka Go’ar has congratulated Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang as he clocked 100 days in office but called on the peace-loving citizens of the state to support the leadership.

Goar made this appeal in an exclusive interview held at the cabinet office of Joseph Gwomwalk secretariat in Jos.

He described Governor Mutfwang as a God-fearing leader whose lifestyle would continue to promote the tenet of democracy and encourage togetherness toward revamping the state.

Samuel emphasized that the administration within the shortest period in office addressed the problems of insecurity in Plateau North where there have been challenges of incessant attacks and killing in the state.

According to him, the Mangu LGA massacre which almost engulfed the whole central zone was brought under control by the quality of leadership that was demonstrated and Pankshin LGA shared a boundary with Mangu so we working day and night to ensure that peace was restored back in the affected communities.

He stated that his reappointment as the transition chairman of Pankshin LGA was God’s design arrangement to complete the Pankshin stadium which he started in 2015.

Go’ar reiterated the challenges of nonpayment of teachers’ salary and NULGE had owned the council for five months which two months has already been settled now.

He lamented that the system of local government is so rotten that he employed the wisdom to address the plight of teachers and NULGE but promised to create a salary account to be able to complete the exercise within the shortest time in office.

Samuel Goar admonished the people of Plateau state to shun their political differences and embrace what would move the State forward, We didn’t protest our removal in 2015 but as representatives of the people we want good governance, We shall celebrate Caleb Manasseh in 2 years’ time.

He stressed that transparency and commitment to the needs of the people of Plateau remain sacrosanct under his watch to deliver the dividends of democracy to the people of Pankshin LGA.
