Senator Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu, aka SamDaddy, has emerged as the National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the just concluded convention of the party held at the Eagle Square, Abuja.
Anyanwu polled the highest number of votes cast to emerge the winner after delegates from across the 36 states of the federation and FCT voted in his favour.
The election of Senator Anyanwu triggered wide jubilations across party lines, thereby confirming him as the most preferred candidate for the position.
Expressing joy on his emergence, Anyanwu promised to work in synergy with the new Chairman, Senator Iyorchia Ayu and other members of the National Working Committee (SWC) of PDP to move the party forward to an enviable height.
