]There is a change in Rivers State Police Command as a new Public Relations Officer, DSP Grace Woyengikuro Iringe-Koko, has assumed duty.
Iringe-Koko takes over from SP Nnamdi Omoni, who has been redeployed as the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) Elimgbu Division.’ in the state.
The PPRO until her appointment was the Deputy Public Relations Officer. She hails from Okolobiri Town in Yenegoa LGA of Bayelsa State
She was enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force as a Recruit Constable in 2000 and later elevated to the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police in 2011. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree BSC and MSC in Mass Communication.
She promised to build on the legacies of the outgoing PPRO and solicits the cooperation of the public to succeed in her new appointment while appreciating the CP and his team for the opportunity to serve.
Meanwhile, the new DPO Elimgbu Division, SP Nnamdi Omoni thanked the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Alkali Baba Usman, the Assistant Inspector-General of Police, Zone 16, AIG Don N. Awunah, the Commissioner of Police, CP Eboka Friday, the Force Public Relations Officer, CP Frank Mba, “for giving me the opportunity to serve and realize my full potentials”.
In a statement made available to the press on Wednesday, Omoni “promise to justify the confidence reposed in me and at all-time be willing to serve in any capacity”.
