Revealed: How Enugu Electricity Distribution Company Abandoned Its Staff, After Being Electrocuted In The Line Of Duty, How He Nearly Died (See Photos Inside)

For Mr. Vincent Onyewuchi Oduigwe, a native of  Umuezu Village Ndegwu in Owerri West LGA Imo State, Nigeria, it is indeed a trying time for him and his family, as his company Enugu Electricity Distribution Company, EEDC, abandoned him after he nearly died while working for the company, where he was electrocuted, but the mercy of God saved his life.

Universalreportersng.com, learnt that he was a Staff (Operations Tech) with his Identification Card Number: 01073 EEDC,  Owerri, Imo State,

Until his electrical shock was attached to EEDC Sub-Office Station at Irete in Owerri West LGA, Imo State.

According to him this picture above shows the young man who electrocuted but narrowly escaped the electric shock from a transformer situated in his village.

Vincent who narrated  his ordeal,said, ” It happened that for about three days there was no power supply in their village because of the malfunctioning G&P on their residential transformer. But because as someone that is working with the EEDC, that he notified his boss, Mr. Kingsley Iwuchukwu,  so that he would be permitted to ensure that the faulty transformer could be fixed.

Then his boss, Kingsley Iwuchukwu granted his appeal to go ahead and do the work since he is from that village but his boss, Iwuchukwu, promised to inform him once he switched-off the power supply of that village transformer.

He therefore accused Mr.Iwuchukwu who earlier called him back  to go ahead to fused the G&P, but as he climbed up to fused back the G&P unknown to that Iwuchukwu did not turn off the power-line supply as he earlier assured.

“I actually know that Iwuchukwu failed to switch off the power and was the result of my predicament”,  Vincent submitted.

Victim Oduigwe therefore boldly accused Mr.Iwuchukwu, of being the major cause of his problem.

As you can see from the pictures? He really need some help for all good spirited Nigerians.

This young man (Vincent)  is a father of four (4) children. He is truly suffering.

No financial assistance even the so-called EEDC management have abandoned him and refused to pay his monthly salary and with no medical treatment or care.

Vincent, while speaking to newsmen who visited him at his Umuezu Ndegwu  country-home in Owerri West LGA, Imo State, revealed that EEDC stopped the payment of his monthly salaries immediately he was electrocuted.

At the moment, Mr.Vincent’s wife is the only person carrying the whole burden with her little petty business.

This incident happened on Oct.1st 2018 till date, no response from the EEDC and the affected  victim, Mr.Vincent Oduigwe is hereby calling on all Nigerians both home and abroad to come to his aides.

The Governor of of Imo State, His Excellency, Senator Hope Uzodinma, the leadership of the World Health Organization,WHO, Federal/State Ministries of Health, other Non-Governmental Organizations, NGO’s, and the good people Imo State to come for his rescue.
