A businessman and philanthropist, Chief Achi Chijioke has advocated that the Plateau State government should make use of Operations Rainbow security outfit to checkmate the influx of bad eggs and miscreants terrorising communities in the state causing upheaval also creating problems between farmers /herders.

Achi made this disclosure while reacting to the appreciation from Governor-Elect, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang during his transition committee inaugural ceremony in Jos.

He called on Governor-Elect to tackle the problem of kidnapping, bandits and farmers/herders, and land grabbing which is more prevailing especially now that raining season here.

Achi urged Caleb Mutfwang to ensure that he unites all the tribes and those that are residents here in the state and to improve the well-being of the people not on part line but play an all-inclusive government.

He disclosed that the last administration of Lalong tried its best but his performance is rated very low compared to the observation people raise on Jang so we are appealing to the incoming government to check the influx of criminal elements and fish them out.

Achi maintained that there is a need for all Nigerian to continue to promote and encourage love and understanding despite our multicultural differences in tribes and religions.

He tasked politicians to eschew bitterness and avoid over-hitting of politics and work hard towards the restoration of the state because this is not a period of electioneering campaign activities now.

On the presidential election, Achi Chijioke called for a calm and employed Nigerian electorate to trust in God Almighty the victory of Dr. Peter Obi is optimistic because we must put this behind us and forge ahead.
