Renew Attacks Scores Injured, 60 Cows Rustle In Langtang North

Cattle rustling in Langtang North, the Tarok fingers accusation on Fulani in Wase Local Government Area’s over the weekend.
The renew attack that left scores of   people with various degree of injuries by  suspected Fulani and 6o heads of cows been rustled in Zam Gwar of Pil gani district ,Langtang North .
 National secretary of NGwan iShi Otarok, Rev .Nanlir Napbut warned the perpetrators of this hideous act to lay down their differences and embrace the progress of Plateau state.

He stated that the Tarok nation living in Wase Local Government Area of Plateau state have earlier raised alarm over the alleged secret plan to exclude them from the forthcoming Local Government polls in the state.
Pastor Nanlir noted that there is general conspiracy against the Taroh people of the South Plateau especially the Hausa Fulani to uproot them from the council
He expressed constant attack, saying the people are nolonger safe in their houses from the renew genocide aim at reducing the population.
Napbut reiterated that they have 55 times attacked by people suspected to enemies of the Taroh nation with houses destroyed.
The statement condemned the “People Daily” report on Saturday that the Tarok is behind the killing and cattle rustling in the southern Plateau.
The statement added that for the past one year now the people have been under fear and attacked with wanton destruction of lives and properties
Resident of the attacks village, whose name withheld, said the vampires came in the night at about 2PM we heard sporadic gunshots with heavy weapons.

We are appealing to security agencies and STF to ensure that all the neighboring Kanam and Wase including Shendam is under their surveillance check.
