The government’s insensitivity to the plight and yearnings of Nigerian workers and citizens is a pressing concern that demands urgent attention. It is appalling that policies and programs are being implemented that prioritize the interests of a select few over the well-being of the masses. This is a clear indication that the government has lost touch with its primary responsibility – serving the people.
Nigeria is not a personal estate for any individual or group to exploit at their whim. Our natural resources, bestowed upon us by God, are meant to be harnessed for the benefit of all citizens, not just a privileged few. It is the government’s duty to ensure that these resources are utilized effectively to improve the lives of Nigerians.
Therefore, we must rise up and demand what rightfully belongs to us. We must stand against impunity and draconian administration that perpetuate inequality and suffering. It is time for us to reclaim our country and ensure that our government serves the people, not just the interests of a select few.
Examples of such draconian policies and programs include:
– The recent increase in fuel prices, which has further exacerbated the suffering of Nigerians
– The lack of investment in public education and healthcare, leaving many citizens without access to basic services
– The failure to address the persistent insecurity and violence plaguing our nation
We cannot afford to remain silent in the face of such injustices. We must organize, mobilize, and demand a better future for ourselves and generations to come. The time for change is now!
