Real Reasons Why Former Jigawa Speaker, Idris Garba Was Impeached

The members of the Jigawa State House of Assembly on Tuesday impeached Idris Garba Kareka the Speaker of the State House of Assembly and sworn in Malam Isah Idris as the new Speaker.

The new Speaker is a member representing Gwaram constituency, according to the new Speaker stated that the House impeached the former speaker from his position due to his disrespect to members of the House and dubious behaviors as well as other major problems that will never be disclosed to newsmen.

The new speaker promised to carry everybody along to meet the demand of his colleagues even as he said that members were complaining that the Speaker was not following the directives and constitution of the House.

While fielding questions from journalists he denied the rumor of allegation of embezzlement by the former Speaker, as he said that they don’t have any report that former Speaker collected any money or contract but confirmed that all what they know is that the former Speaker has many offences against the House and because of that the members decided to impeach him.

However, findings by this medium reveal that the former Speaker was impeached for alleged misappropriation and misconduct as well as his in ability to meet the yearnings and aspirations of the members of the assembly.

It was also gathered by universalreporters247.com that the former Speaker was impeached for sabotaging the members of the state assemblies as it was alleged that he was trying to enrich himself by collecting huge amount of money from the State Governor Badaru Abubakar in the name of the House.

Another source said that former Speaker was using his power to connives with the state government in executing projects that did not fallow due process.
