There is a Hausa adage that says “If the one that tells is a fool, the ones that listens must not be”. Sequel to the publication of an article titled “Why National Assembly undermine me” on the Daily trust paper of the 7th 10, 2016, it becomes uneasy for me to swallow that moulded but unshaped incomprehensible bundle of lies, regurgitated by the Bauchi state governor His Excellency Barrister Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar. Honestly, these lies fit to be published in the Guinness world record book. It is quiet disillusioned for any sensible, reasonable person to hear that this non-directional statements were uttered by a statesman like gov. Abubakar.
Your Excellency, let me tell you that all the members of the National Assembly that you wage such baseless allegations on them have previously served in various places and occupy different positions either within or outside Nigeria. For example, Rt. Honourable Yakubu Dogara was a member house of representatives from 2007 – 2011, re-elected 2011-2015, re-lected 2015 to date. Now he is the speaker house of reps. All these while he owns no exotic car or a glamorous house in Abuja, unless he request from you to buy it for him? This is beyond common sense!
Secondly, the Distinguished Senator Sulaiman Nazif a certified water Engineer, the first National president of All Nigeria’s Youths Federation (ANYF), a member house of representatives 2007 to 2011, a senator 2011 to 2015, re-elected as a senator 2015 to date, but still has no a prestigious car or a nice house in Abuja unless when he ask from you to purchase it for him? Hmm! It is unbelievable.
Meanwhile, the Distinguished Senator Ali Wakili, a retired controller of the Nigeria Customs Services, finished all his years in service but has no fascinating house or an expensive car to ride unless he seek from the person who became a governor just of recent? This is unimaginable tales.
Excellency, we all know that you are just beating around the bush! And a new trick to divert the attention of people from your irregularities in Bauchi. We are real indigenous people of Bauchi state. We know that even the plot where your house was built in Fadaman Mada area in Bauchi town was given to you by the Bauchi North PDP’s renowned politician Alhaji Kaulaha Aliyu. For long you failed to build it unless with the help of friends and your wife working at the Central Bank. During your campaigns, you only have one car but now you got access to the Bauchi treasury, you owns extraordinary cars, you bought and renovated two sophisticated mansions in gwarimpa, Abuja. While leaving workers without salary for many months.
Lastly, since you refused to buy incredible cars and houses for the members of the National Assembly, I am advising you to use the money to settle the worker’s salary so as to save lives of Bauchi people from getting deteriorating and even death.
