Political Opportunists Use Ethnic And Communal Skirmishes To Divide us-Maku Caution Supporters On Peace

Labaran Maku has attributed the wanton ethnic and communal skirmishes experienced in recent times to the activities of political opportunist causing crack in the polity.

Maku in an interview with Journalists at his country home of Wakama in Nasarawa Eggon local government of Nasarawa state revealed.

The scribe of the All Progressive Grand Alliance in his goodwill message said peace remains a veritable tool for the development of every nation.

He described the ethnic and communal skirmishes experienced in Nasarawa state as an impose slogan to divide the heterogeneous tribes in the state.

Stating that people especially the peasants are leaving under pressure, he however asserted that the incumbent administration set grazers against farmers.

Calling on electorate to resist any of imposition by the ruling All Progressives Congress on the people of Nasarawa cone 2019.

Saying APGA has uncovered an attempt by the current regime to impose stooges to cover his executive excesses and corrupt tendencies he commitment from 2011 to date.

Urging electorate to stand by their 2015 verdict, he said APGA is waiting for the swearing in of a legitimate governor comes 29th May, 2019.

Cautioning the people to see 2019 election year beyond religion and tribal candidature, calling on the populace of Nasarawa state to reject confusion.
