Police Raid Criminal Hide Outs In Jigawa

The Jigawa State Police command said raids have been carried out to fish out criminals, especially those engaged in Drug Abuse and other Social Vices.

The spokesman of the command ASP Lawan Shisu said criminal hideouts and Black spots were raided by police, which led to the arrest of fourteen (14) Suspects and exhibits.

The raids were carried out in Gumel and Kazaure Local Government Areas in the state.

The exhibits are; 1. Some quantity of dried leaves suspected to be Indian hemp

  1. Two motorcycles Daylong Red in color without reg no.
  2. Rexler paper

The Commissioner of Police, Jigawa State Police Command, CP Aliyu Sale Tafida called on all criminals to repent or leave the state completely. Otherwise, they will be arrested and face the full wrath of the law.

He assured that rigorous raids of criminal hideouts and black spots will continue throughout the State.
