It was alleged that the Former Governor ,Senator Jonah David Jang in that meeting has agreed that the sacked Jos South Exco should share 50-50 in the Exco and that should extended to the few LGAs with aggrieved members raising concern and claiming dominance but the two top leaders refused to sheath their swords to give peace a chance.

Barr Niri Darong explained further that on behind of his clients, they filed a fresh motion seeking the court to quash the judgment because the matter has exceeded the 180 days period under section 288 subsections 10 of the 1999 constitution of the electoral act.

The court adjourned and gave the plaintiffs’ counsel five days to allow the services to effect on all the defendants counsel which shall elapse on the 21-03-2021.

However, the constitution stipulate that a political party judgment of the supreme court in the case of Umar vs APC.

He noted that the plaintiffs’ counsel objected by the court dismissed the plea and order them to follow the court proceedings.

Information available to our medium revealed that, Sen. Jang, Sen. Jeremiah Timbut Useni and Deputy Senate president ,Ibrahim Mantu were already tired of the PDP crises but followers are denying them the opportunity to unite .

Plateau State Chapter of PDP have been at loggerheads with one another over power tussle causing the party to gradually loosing focus and relevance since 2015 when they lost grip to the opposition APC.

The players have continue to paint each oath black before the electorate with politics of religious ,tribal and ethnic agenda which had cripple the wheels of progress in PDP rise from national down to the states.
