Plateau Land Owners To Use Paypoint To Acquire Land Titles

The Plateau State Commissioner for Land, Survey and Town Planning  ,Hon Yakubu Dati has commenced the oversized function of all the design website by employing the citizens to avail themselves the opportunity of registering their land titles.

 

Dati  stated this while inspecting facilities and personnel deployed at the PLAGIS office in Jos recently.

 

He  appreciated the Plateau State Board of Internal Revenue Service for their collaboration to see to the  success of the  project.

 

Hon Yakubu Dati called on the members of the public  to take advantage of the one-stop payment point designed to ease payments at the Ministry of Lands , Survey and Town Planning office in Jos.

 

According to Dati, “the paypoint has been  successfully test-run  and we’re calling on our clients and members of the public to take advantage of the platform to pay for their land titles, demand notices and other charges.

He explained further that the paypoint is one of the key component part that  helps in easing the land transaction through ID number to capture those who paid.

Members of the public have been called upon to take advantage of the one-stop payment point designed to ease payments at the Ministry of Lands , Survey and Town Planning office in Jos.

The Plateau State Commissioner, Yakubu Dati who stated this while inspecting facilities and personnel deployed at the PLAGIS office, appreciated the Plateau State Board of Internal Revenue Service for their collaboration in the project.

According to Dati, “the paypoint has been successfully test-run and we’re calling on our clients and members of the public to take advantage of the platform to pay for their land titles, demand notices and other charges.”

Dati who was accompanied by Naanman Gamde, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry said the papypoint will remain operational until the full automation on the PLAGIS platform.

He added that simplifying the payment system is part of the Medium Term Sector Strategy (MTSS) as encapsulated in the Plateau State Development Strategy approved by Gov Simon Lalong.
