Today Wednesday 27th January 2021, the Plateau State High Court holding in Bukuru dismissed and nullified the PDP Congresses held in Kuru A, Kuru B, Giring, Zawan A, Du, and Vwang Ward respectively, also nullified is the Local Government Congress.
Barr Joan Gwom , and Barr Walbapi B Rwang represented the Plaintiffs while Barr Niri Darong, Barr MJ Pam, and Barr Nanchwat D. came for the Defendants.
This is a judgment entered in favour of Lt General Useni camp against Jang which the judge nullified the wards and LGs Congresses in Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau state.
The judge described the conduct of the congress as regrettable as the party didn’t adhere to the protocol.
