Plateau Govt Withdraws Right Of Occupancy From Four Families

The Government of Plateau State Ministry of Lands, Survey and  Town Planning has withdrawn the  right of  Occupancy of the following families in issued to them on false allegations

 

The Ministry of Lands, Survey and Town planning wishes to notify the General Public the withdrawal of Right of Occupancy number PL56090 situated at Nigeria Mining Corporation Quarters issued to Graba Chu, Bulus Pam Pwol, Ezekiel Chuwang Gya ng, Dickson Pwol and Jashua Doro) on the 25‘“ October 2019.

 

The Ministry observed that the said grant was issued based on false representation and is advising the above mentioned names and the General Public to stay off the property and advised that whosoever is intending or planning to transact any business on the said Land, does it at his/her own risk.

 

The Ministry of Lands, Survey and Town Planning wishes to notify the general public that the whole land lying and situated along Gold and Base-Rayfield Road which is commonly called the National Stadium is the property of the Government.

 

The General Public is by this Notice warned not to Trespass or Transact my Business with any person or group of persons with respect to the property. Be warned.

 

The occupants obtained the said properties under illegal and fraudulent mean, as the government warned the general public not to transact business with the affected families in respect of buying it.
