Plateau Deputy Chief Whip, Hon. Galadima Condemns Bokkos Killing, Says More Manpower Be Given To Villages

The Plateau State Deputy Chief Whip and a Member Representing Wase State constituency at the Assembly, Hon . Ibrahim Galadima has condemned the Bokkos communities attack that many lost their lives as uncalled for especially now that raining season is approaching.
Galadima stated this in an interview with our medium in Jos, when he condemned the unprovoked attack on innocent citizens.
He commended President Ahmed Bola Tinubu prompt response to safeguard and prevent the situation from further escalating to the neighboring states .
Ibrahim Galadima appealed to the federal government to deploy security personnel to the rural communities in the country to allow farmers to go back to the farm as the rainy season set up.
He explained that the majority of Nigerians live in rural areas and they need an adequate security network to enable them to enjoy the 2026 farming season especially now the cause of living has gone up.
Hon. Ibrahim Galadima, Deputy Chief Whip condemned the act in a statement issued to newsmen in Jos.
It reads: “It is with extreme shock and grief that we received the news of the barbaric murder of about 52 people in Bokkos communities by unknown gunmen by lawless persons some couple of days.
“We find such brutal killings of innocent people in Bokkos communities by lawless assailant very reprehensible, and if allowed to fester without being put in check by responsible organs of the federal government, as lauded Tinubu for taking such actions that are capably threatening the peace and unity of the country.
In the face of this grave incident, which is already setting emotions on edge in parts of the country, hcallsll on the President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, to direct the security agencies to deploy more personnel to villages to monitor farming.
Hon.Ibrahim Galadima also calls on all Nigerians to remain calm, peaceful, and law-abiding and allow the federal and state governments to get to the root of this matter in the interest of justice.
