PDP ,Useni Heads To Governorship Election Tribunal To Challenge Lalong Victory

The People Democratic Party, PDP , has approached the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Plateau State with motion of Ex-parte No ,001/2019 dated 2nd April, 2019 to challenge the irregularities of the March, 9th 2019 and 23rd March, 2019 seeking the order of the tribunal to set aside election of Governor Simon Bako Lalong of the All Progressive Congress, APC,  .

 

The Applicants/Petitioners ,Sen. Jeremiah Timbut Useni ,People Democratic Party Vs Independent National Electoral Commission ,Simon Bako Lalong and the All Progressive Congress, as respondents filed by PDP lawyers .

 

 

According to lawyers ,their motion of exparte for the following orders ,

An order granting leave to the applicants to file and move this application outside the prehearing session of this honourable tribunal. Upon the grant of prayer (1) above

 

2. AN ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL granting leave to the Applcants to apply for inspection of documents before the pre-hearing session as sought in prayer No. 3 below .
