PDP, Dandam Vs Ex Deputy Governor Longjan Suit For Plateau Southern Senatorial Seat Adjourn

The People Democratic Party, PDP, Plateau Southern Senatorial seat candidate, Barr Kefas Peter Dandam has filed a suit at the National, State Assembly Election Tribunal sitting in Jos to challenge the election of the Former Deputy Governor, Hon Ignatius Longjan .
The matter which came up for pre-hearing on Monday showed that joint petitioners , PDP and Kefas Peter Dandam Vs Hon Ignatius Longjan ,APC and INEC were all represented by counsels but Hon ,Barr Kefas Peter was present at the tribunal
Barr S.G Odey counsel to petitioners told the tribunal that the matter was listed today for commencement of pre-hearing upon on his petition dated 11th May ,2019 on 14th May,2019 which we humbly adopted this for answers to questions .
It was also the same with the 1st Respondent counsel ,Barr Ekeinade Obas said they filed their pre-hearing information dated 14th May,2019 containing answers to all the questions they tribunal sort to know as he adopted the answers.
The counsel to the second respondent ,M.A Dawam told the tribunal that on his response dated 13th May,2019 was based on the answers to questions were he immediately adopt his written statement .
The 3rd respondent, Barr LD Dafer replied dated 15th May, 2019 and filed the same date was also adopted as answers to questions.
However, the petitioners’ counsel urged the tribunal that under paragraph 14 ,he has 3 applications which he requested for 3 days to enable him filed all the responses to finalize the process.
Meanwhile, Esq Dawam told the tribunal that he has five applications to response to paragraph 14 of the answers to questions also asking for five days to complete all process.
Dafer Esq the counsel to 3rd respondent said he indicated interest to file five applications to response to paragraph 14:by asking tribunal chairman to give him five days .
The Chairman of the tribunal Justice ,N .T Ezegwu has adjourned to 27th May ,2019 for continuation of pre-hearing .
