Over 125 Officers From Jigawa Police Command Promoted And Decorated By Jigawa Police

No fewer than 125 police officers who were recently promoted have been decorated by the Jigawa State Police Command.

Those promoted include 15 officers who were promoted from the rank of DSP o SP officers and were decorated by State Police Commissioner CP Usman Sule Gomna.

Also, 21 ASPs were promoted to the rank of DSPs and they were also decorated by the Assistant Commissioner of Police.

Shortly after decorating the officers, the commissioner gave words of encouragement to them, charging them to redouble their efforts, as well as be to be hardworking and dedicated to serving better.

He also charged them to desist from doing anything that can bring the name and image of the force down.

He urged them to imbibe the spirit of discipline and to always remember that discipline is the bedrock of the police as an organization.

He further advised them to maintain good relationships with their subordinates, urging them always allow the law to guide them in carrying out their duties.

The commissioner finally expressed his appreciation to all officers promoted.
