Osinbajo Commends Jigawa State For Having High Number Of Small Scale Industries In Nigeria

Jigawa is been identified by the federal government as the leading state among the 36 states of the Federation, that has excelled in Gum Arabic production.

 

This was disclosed by Vice President Yomi Osibanjo while delivering his speech at Sir Ahmadu Bello hall today in Dutse during a one-day working visit to the state in which, among the activities he performed are the official launching of 28th Edition of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)Clinics at Ahmadu Bello Hall at Dutse State Secretariat,  Distribution of Empowerment Items.

 

All were provided by Governor Badaru’s Abubakar administration, which was held at Aminu Kano Triangle and he Commissioned road projects executed by the state Government at NNPC Mega station Junction down to police headquarter in Dutse.

 

Osinbajo said the state is among the states of the federation that has a high number of small scale industries in the country which is part of governor Badaru effort to move the state forward in the area of industries.

 

He commended Governor Badaru for his dedication to duty and achievement he recorded adding that the aim and objective of the programme are to save job opportunities for the people in the country.

 

He assured that the federal government will support the state in the area of business activities.

 

While responding the Jigawa state governor Badaru Abubakar thanked the federal government for providing a road networks in the state which include Shuwarin to Kwanar Huguma which today was commissioned by vice president Yemi Osinbajo and the two road projects from Gaya to Kafin Hausa and Kwanar Dimawa Babura to Babban Mutun.
