Old Nasarawa Members That May Likely Not Return To The Assembly

With the outcome of the February 2923 Presidential, Senate, and House of Representatives election, The seats of some members of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, It was reliably gathered that some lawmakers are in the hot seat and would not make it to the general election come 18 March 2923.

Universal Reporters Online can authoritatively report that the speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly would be the first victim, the reason being that supporters of Hon Abdulmumini Ari are pointing accusing fingers at him for voting for the Presidential, Senate, and House of Representatives.

The competent source said the speaker Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe, on the second hand, was alleged to come from Kogi State, in essence, his biological father was from Kogi State while his mother was from Umuasha community of Toto Local Government while others said he was a one-time Personal Assistant to a one time Chairman of Gwagwalada Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory, This is likely part of a campaign of character assassination.

The speaker it was revealed has poor and bad relationships with members of the fourth estate of the realm, It was alleged that he vowed never to associate with a Pressmen through his stay in the National Assembly.

The number in the NSHA has never said anything good about him instead decried the lack of welfare, It was also confirmed that it was during his first tenure that the Assembly sold out the commonwealth of Nasarawa State which comprises of landed properties ranging from buildings at choice locations in Lagos, Abuja, Kaduna and Jos respectively, Only time shall tell.

Hon. Salihu Musa Iyimoga AKA M. S, Is the younger lawmaker in the history of lawmaking in Nasarawa State, despite his age he makes meaningful contributions at the hallow chamber.

Iyimoga lost his bearing due to his inability to meet the yarning and aspiration of those that brought him to the seat of Power, who on the assumption of office were the people before things fall.

In Lafia East constituency, Juliana Esla of the SDP is going helter-skelter to ensure that she snatches away power from the occupant, Hon. Muhammed Alkali, The fight will be a fight to finish, a fight between arc-political rivals.

In Keana constituency, The incumbent in spite of all odds is having a field day ahead of his opponent, Hon. Mohammed Atose who polled sixteen votes in the party primaries as against, Danlami Omadefu AKA Quality who won at the apex court, The opposition political parties are waiting keenly to spring surprises.

In Nasarawa Eggon, with the twist of the event in the 25 February 2023 Presidential, Senate, and House of Representatives election and outcome which was in favor of the SDP for Senate and House of Representatives for APC, Jeremiah Umaru is a clear testimony that Hon . Muhammed Agah Muluku  of the SDP may also spring surprises ahead of his opponent Jacob Kudu of the APC

The defeat of Danladi Halilu Emvulanza by the incumbent Senator, Godiya Akwashiki is a sign of win-win all the way by the SDP.

Also the Deputy speaker, Dandaura Tsetse will not return to the Assembly reason being that he did not clinch the primary election of the party.
