Okigwe APGA Disowns Araraume, Insists On Amuchie As Party Flag Bearer

The Okigwe Zonal Leader of APGA in Imo State,Chief Emeka Ozumba,has said that the real owners of APGA have taken over the party.

He added that there is no amount of intimidation that can take the mandate of APGA from Imo people.

 He made the above statement on Monday,Feb.18th 2019 in Owerri,during an interactive session with some leaders of Imo APGA,members of Sir.Amuchie Campaign Organizations and other support groups for Amuchie.

He stated that Sen.Ifeanyi Araraume,who claims to be the 2019 guber candidate of APGA is playing anti-party,as he is allegedly holding the guber mandate but still supporting the APC Presidential candidate,Mohammadu Buhari,even as he called for the suspension of Araraume based on anti-party activities.

Chief Ozumba further said that Imo should be happy that God has answered the prayers of Imo people by bringing Ezinwa Sir.Stanley Chiedoziem Amuchie,to take over power of leadership as the next Imo Governor,come 2019.

“Before now,Imo APGA did not bring out any guber candidate until now that Amuchie has come to reclaim his mandate through the court. Sir.Amuchie is not an imposter rather a chosen servant-leader by the party who have the general interest of Imo people at heart”,he stated.

The Okigwe Zonal Leader said ” though it will not be easy for him to be Governor but through the “Stanley Amuchi Supporters Group,SSG, and their political evangelism of door to door campaign,Amuchie would be elected as the Imo State Governor. Every right thinking Imolite  now knew that  the APGA is in mourning situation the acclaimed mandate of Araraume the people are in political mourning. But thank God that Amuchie has come to stay as the authentic guber candidate of APGA”,he reiterated.

The party stalwart,Chief Emeka,however appealed to all the aggrieved party members who left APGA due to the injustice and impunity on the candidacy of Araraume to return  to the party to support Amuchie.

Speaking,the Imo Guber of APGA,Sir.Stanley Amuchie,thank all who were present for coming in solidarity at the interactive session.

“I decided to present myself to rule Imo,having all the capacity due to my track records in business/management and I will give Imo people the best of my leadership ability,if elected as Governor. What is happening now are distractions. We are calling on Imolites especially the members of the party to use the opportunity to choose the right person as Governor. I respect people a lot,but I do fear people. We are in a journey to reclaim Imo State from the hands of evil leaders. Through legal process (court case) I shall reclaim my mandate. I am the candidate of Imo APGA,but I am waiting for the court to give the final verdict. I am calling on Imolites to support APGA,let everybody work for APGA in the 2019 elections”,Amuchie called.
