“The unionists in the past were known as individuals who are not regarded in the society. Many people see the union as a place for touting and an abode for the untrained and none educated persons. But the appointment of Udeh as the State Chairman has vindicated us that we are responsible persons who are poised to salvage the society from ugly trends”, Chief Emmankirisi disclosed.

“It is very vital to put the records straight because in the recent past, we use to see the office of the NURTW in Owerri as a dirty and unkempt place, but since the emergence of Udeh, he has shown tremendous leadership capacity.  He has commenced restoration, recovery, and rehabilitation of our working place, so as to enable the environment. Therefore, he must be extolled like his principal, Onwa Oyoko, the Imo State Governor, Sen.Hope Uzodinma, who vowed to uphold his 3R mandates”, Chief Emma submitted.
