NSCDC Deploys 2,000 Personnel For Hitch Free Easter Celebration In Plateau

The Plateau State Command of the Nigeria Civil Defense Corp, Commandant, Dr Olasupo Solomon   has deployed at least no fewer than 2,000 personnel across the 17 Local Government Areas for hitch free Easter celebration in the state.

 

Speaking to our correspondent in an interview in Jos, Solomon expressed confidence that with the numbers of officers deploy to man the security of lives and property of citizens the state is safe.

 

He called on all family, guardians that they should warn their children not to stay far away from any crises that anybody cut engaging in any mis-culture conduct or conflict to causing crises shall be legally deal with.

 

The Commandant General, Mallam Abdullahi Gana muhammad has given all the commands across the country, that they should ensure that Easter period is celebrated free and fair which is the mandate,he added that commandants also order 36 states  protect all the critical infrastructures ,national assessed by all the  personnels deployed in their command .

 

The Commandment General eschew personnel to safeguard all the  installation against these hoodlums coming to vandalize or temper with it especially at this period of celebration .

 

Dr Solomon gave this  assurance to all the Plateau State citizens to go about their lawful business of celebration without hitches, saying  his men are battle ready to deal with perpetuators of heinous crimes.

 

However, he equally appealed to everyone to see something and say something that anything they notice they most let the security know that they are all working in synergy with each other.

 

Solomon urged parents to  assist in guarding their children to avoid  smoking of Indian hemps and other dangerous substance capable of pushing them to  commit crimes.

 

He explained further that the Easter celebration is holy period for holiness so citizens should conduct themselves in a manner that they might not threaten the peace of the state.

 

Dr Solomon promised never to tolerate any nuisance that are going to cause discrepancies to the  already existing peace building exiting in the state  that  the people are presently enjoying in Plateau.

The management of NSCDC, also congratulated Governor Simon Bako Lalong over his reelection victory with a promise to partner with him to  achieve total peaceful

 

He assured the people of Plateau State of security readiness to  protect lives and property.
