Nigerian Police Withdraws Saraki’s Invitation, Ask Him To Respond In Writing

The Nigerian Police has said that Bukola Saraki, the President would no longer appear before it for interrogation, but he should respond to the allegations levelled against him in writing.

In a tweet made by Saraki on his twitter handled he said; “Following my earlier tweet, I have received the letter from @PoliceNG. They are no longer asking me to appear at any station, but to respond in writing to the allegations within 48 hours — which I plan to do.”

It would be recalled that Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, DG SSS, Lawal Daura has met with Vice President Yomi Osibanjo behind closed door at the State House.
