Instead, The Director General of the agency, Silas Ali Agara visited the Indian High Commissioner to Nigeria Mr. Shri G. Balasubramanian at the Commission’s office in Abuja.
The progress meeting between the National Directorate of Employment and the High Commissioner of India provided ample opportunity for Silas Agara to borrow a new leaf that will reinvent a new roadmap and strategic method.
It will empower the youths with digital skills to diversify the nation’s economy to compete favourably beyond the shore of Africa.
The move by the Director General of the National Directorate of Employment Silas Agara underscores his unwavering commitment to aligning with the trajectory vision of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu to put the nation’s economy on the path of growth and development, and this objective can only be achieved if youths are gainfully employed and empowered with the necessary tools.
This explains why the NDE boss met with the high commissioner of India to Nigeria to come up with a far-reaching decision that if well implemented will have the potential to neutralize myriad challenges that undermined the Development of the country.
