Nasarawa NUJ Congratulates Governor Sule For Returning For Second Term

The Nasarawa State Council of Nigeria Union of Journalists has felicitated his Excellency, Governor Abdullahi Sule on his re-election for a second term in office.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Chairman of the Union, Salihu Mohammed Alkali, and the Secretary, Sunday John, and made available to Journalists.

The Union appreciates the State Governor for his giant stride in his first tenure for concentrating on security, youth, and women empowerment, employment generation, the welfare of civil servants and pensioners, improvement of Internally Generated Revenue, rural and urban development, wooing investors to the state among others.

Urging the State Governor Engineer Abdullahi Sule to sustain his momentous strides and improve on them for the benefit of the entire citizens of the state in the next four years.

The statement attributed the renewed mandate accorded the Governor recently by the people of the state based on his string of achievements in the first tenure.

The entire journalists in the state, therefore, look forward toward continue working with the Government to enable it to succeed.

We also enjoyed those that are not satisfied with the outcome of the recent elections to seek redress through legal means and not take the laws into their own hands for the overall peace, unity, and development of the state and the country.
