Nasarawa Lawmaker Commends Gov Sule For Donating Cash To victims of Herders Attacks

It was a fanfare galore as in Doma the headquarters of Doma Local Governments as the state governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule donate cash to eighteen victims of Fulani pastoralists that sustained various degrees of injuries.

 

The member Nasarawa State House of Assembly representing Doma North constituency, Honorable Musa Salihu Iyimoga has disclosed.

 

The member elected under auspices of the Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) while given the donation thanked the state governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule for extending his hands of fellowship to victims of humiliation and attacks by Fulani”s herders.

 

Iyimoga described the chief executive as the people’s choice while considering his Midas touch in the area of human endeavor.

 

According to him, “those eighteen people are those that were attacked at their various farms in different locations within the Doma community that sustained degrees of Injuries.

 

He opined that the benevolence exhibited by the governor would go a long way to cushion the effect of Fulani attacks in our communities, he reiterated.

 

The member all sympathizes with the entire All Progressives Congress family over the gruesome killing of the state chairman of the party, Hon. Philip Tatari Shekwor at his residence in Lafia.

 

He however extended his heartfelt condolences to President Muhammad’s Buhari, Engineer Abdullahi Sule, and the joint security task force

 

Hon. Iyimoga called on governor Abdullahi Sule to provide modern working facilities as well logistic to other security operatives especially the Police force.

 

“The support was coming from Engineer Abdullahi Sule not from my pocket, the criteria we used was to consider the degree of injuries on individuals and on our side, some of the beneficiaries would get a whooping N10,000, N30,000 respectively”.
